Concrete foundation seeks research proposals

The American Concrete Institute (ACI) Foundation’s Concrete Research Council has opened its annual request for research proposals. The deadline is December 1.

The American Concrete Institute[1] (ACI) Foundation’s Concrete Research Council[2] (CRC) seeks to advance the concrete industry by funding research projects furthering the knowledge and sustainability of concrete materials, construction, and structures. The deadline for 2017–18 request for proposals (RFP) is December 1.

The requirements for RFP have changed from last year. For topics related to all areas of concrete research, proposal and funding parameters include:

Selection of awarded projects and notifications to principal investigators occurs after the ACI Spring Concrete Convention and Exposition[4].
