Color Trims for Stone Veneer now in dark brown
Plastic Components manufactures white, gray, tan and dark brown foundation sill screeds, casing beads and drip edges for stone veneer applications.
The colorant for each color is molded into the trim to eliminate chipping or loss of color. Plastic Components' stone veneer trims come in 3 m (10 ft) lengths and conform to ASTM standards D1784, Standard Specification for Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Compounds and Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Compounds, C1063, Standard Specification for Installation of Lathing and Furring to Receive Interior and Exterior Portland Cement-based Plaster, and D4216, Standard Specification for Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Related PVC and Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Building Products Compounds.
Foundation weep screeds install at the plate line or stem wall to provide a stop for stone veneer, allowing moisture to migrate down and away from the wall.
Termination beads form a finished edge between stone veneer and other materials such as vinyl or cementitious siding and stucco.
The drip edges are designed for use over window or door openings. Their sloped front edges move moisture out and away from the wall assembly.
