of emerging leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Flynn and Aziz have led the firm\u2019s involvement in publications, lectures, and projects such as the ongoing PROJECT NY smart city mapping platform, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiacontracts.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Institute of Architects<\/a> (AIA) New York Chapter\u2019s Net-zero Neighborhoods initiative, and
