Netherlands-based hotel brand, citizenM, has revealed designs for its latest project in Chicago.<\/span>

Designs have been revealed for a new citizenM<\/a> luxury hotel in Chicago, which will be a part of Sterling Bay\u2019s mixed-use development.<\/p>\n

The project includes a 47-story tower with 289 residential units, 2323 m2<\/sup> (25,000 sf) of retail space, and 280 hotel rooms.<\/p>\n

CitizenM Chicago Downtown will feature the Netherlands-based hotel company\u2019s signature interiors designed by Amsterdam-based firm Concrete<\/a>, in conjunction with Chicago\u2019s bKL Architecture<\/a>, serving as lead architect of the complex.<\/p>\n

Reaching 159 m (523 ft) above ground and with a subterranean, 22-parking-spot garage, the 300 North Michigan project adds a new tower to the world-famous Magnificent Mile neighborhood in Chicago.<\/p>\n

CitizenM Chicago Downtown will include 280 guest rooms. The hotel\u2019s interiors will also draw inspiration from the local community, filled with an eclectic mix of contemporary art, photography, and objects by local artists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
