The \u2018Box Office\u2019 project has transformed the former movie theater with modern interiors, surrounded by natural light and outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes a 650 m<sup>2<\/sup> (7000 sf) open lobby, complete with a grand staircase and open verandas, and a 158 m<sup>2<\/sup> (1700 sf) private outdoor patio. The neighborhood has access to biking and walking trails, food and beverage retailers, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, outdoor amenities, and Carson Street.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe cinema\u2019s grand entry, high ceilings, and efficient usable floor plate, coupled with steel and glass facades and the adaptive-reuse appeal, create a unique office conversion opportunity that\u2014
