Zweig Group has revealed the winners of the\u00a02023 Best Firms to Work for Awards, which honors outstanding workplaces in the architecture, engineering, environmental, planning, construction, and related field.<\/p>\n

These companies are recognized for their investment in the employee experience, based on whether they have created an environment where workers feel valued, can make a difference, and can see where their contribution fits into the overall mission and success of the firm.<\/p>\n

Firms were evaluated comprehensively, from a management and staff perspective, on culture, workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, professional development, and more. Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Best Firms To Work For program is more than an awards program. It is a powerful and industry-specific benchmarking platform that provides a view of what the employee experience looks like in today\u2019s top performing AEC firms,\u201d says Zweig Group CEO, Chad Clinehens. \u201cFirms can use this ranking and the data it yields to develop strategies and initiatives to drive greater returns on the investment in their people. With the current unprecedented challenge in the labor market in the AEC industry, winners of the 2023 Best Firms To Work For have much to celebrate this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Winners will be honored at a black tie gala during the\u00a02023 Elevate AEC Conference<\/a> at the new Omni PGA Frisco Resort outside of Dallas, Texas on September 13-15. Winners will be featured in Zweig Group\u2019s weekly management newsletter,\u00a0The Zweig Letter,\u00a0and Zweig Group\u2019s other marketing channels.<\/p>\n
