The amenities include an outdoor pool, a club lounge, a coworking space, meeting rooms, a shared kitchen, and a fitness center.<\/p>\n<p>CetraRuddy\u2019s emphasis on resident wellbeing extends to Avira\u2019s residences, where premium materials such as wood and ceramic finishes are chosen to enhance health and wellness. Several apartments also offer private outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Avira, CetraRuddy\u2019s first project in Philadelphia, Pa., is part of the firm\u2019s expansion with new multifamily and\u00a0mixed-use
