Built on the former site of an automobile repair garage, the 13,935 m2<\/sup> (150,000 sf), four-story affordable housing community offers 111 units in South Bay.<\/p>\n

Although the project kicked off in November 2021, it faced delays due to the pandemic and has now officially completed construction. It is Olson Construction\u2019s first project with PATH Ventures, a nonprofit affordable housing developer and service provider.<\/p>\n

In the LEED Gold certified complex, low-income and formerly displaced residents will have access to various onsite amenities including a community room with a shared kitchen, three counseling and conference rooms, yoga room, computer room, outdoor playground, secure bike storage, and ground-floor parking.<\/p>\n

The building\u2019s design will provide a high-quality living environment with integrated supportive services and communal spaces tailored to resident\u2019s needs, as well as easy access to public transit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
