Association<\/a> (ACPA) has announced the recipients of the 28<sup>th<\/sup> annual Excellence in Concrete Pavements awards, recognizing the quality concrete pavement work of contractors, engineers, and project owners across North America.<\/p>\n<p>A panel of 36 judges evaluated this year\u2019s 78 submissions, honoring 29 outstanding projects with Gold and Silver Awards across 15 different categories.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_50836\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50836\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a
