The office is the first space to be certified Platinum under both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellcertified.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WELL<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usgbc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.S. Green Building Council<\/a>\u2019s (USGBC\u2019s) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51267\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51267\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionspecifier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ASID-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51267 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionspecifier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ASID-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.constructionspecifier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ASID-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.constructionspecifier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ASID-2-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.constructionspecifier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ASID-2.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-51267\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The D.C. headquarters is the first space to be certified platinum under both WELL and LEED.<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Working in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cornell.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cornell University<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/delos.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Delos<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.innovativeworkplaceinstitute.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovative Workplace Institute<\/a>, ASID\u2019s study looks at how spatial design can support organizational goals, and the impact of design on employee behavior and performance, as well as on human, organizational, and environmental sustainability.
