Boston-based architectural and interior design firm Margulies Perruzzi Architects<\/a> (MPA) has revealed the renovation of a 9290-m2<\/sup> (100,000-sf) office building, located in Framingham, Massachusetts, for development company National Development<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Built in 1997, the three-story building required an updated look and the addition of modern amenities. MPA redesigned the building\u2019s two-story lobby, fixing the space with new lighting, flooring, and glass handrails along the stairs and mezzanine. The updated ground floor now includes a food service area with seating, as well as a 142-m2<\/sup> (1525-sf) conference center and a fitness center. Additionally, landscape architects from Hawk Design<\/a> reworked the building\u2019s front walk, adding new plants and an outdoor patio.<\/p>\n
