Building scientists, researchers, architects, specifiers, contractors, and code experts may submit applications to present <a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructshow.com\/en\/education\/speaking-opportunities.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via online form<\/a> anytime before January 25.<\/p>\n<p>Presenters should be experienced professionals with strong technical knowledge and speaking skills. They may apply to participate in panel discussions, run 30- to 120-minute sessions, or lead two- or four-hour practical workshops.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal for 2019 is to provide unique and engaging educational experiences utilizing a combination of learning formats, from case histories and panel discussions to small group discussions and hands-on learning,\u201d said Jennifer Hughes, the show\u2019s senior education manager. \u201cAdditionally, our participants are hungry for intermediate- to expert-level content they can\u2019t get anywhere else.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sessions can focus on technical, design, business, project management, or legal aspects of the industry and may cover topics including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>design and construction;<\/li>\n<li>emerging trends;<\/li>\n<li>innovative projects;<\/li>\n<li>building science;<\/li>\n<li>technology;<\/li>\n<li>preservation; and<\/li>\n<li>resilience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whatever the subject matter, presentations must incorporate up-to-date, practical details and immediately employable solutions.
