The partnership of McLennan Design and Houser Walker Architecture, in collaboration with international engineering firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.integralgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Integral Group<\/a>, has been selected to design the building.<\/p>\n<p>The team is tasked with revamping a 6410-m<sup>2<\/sup> (69,000-sf), 1970s office building to house ASHRAE\u2019s employees and achieve net zero-energy performance levels.<\/p>\n<p>Jason F. McLennan, CEO of <a href=\"http:\/\/mclennan-design.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">McLennan Design<\/a>, will guide architectural design for the project, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.houserwalker.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Houser Walker Architecture<\/a>\u2019s Greg Walker leading the interior design, and also serving as the architect of record (AOR).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur society is displaying industry leadership through our world headquarters renovation project by transforming existing building stock to the highest levels of efficiency and lowest levels of environmental impact,\u201d said ASHRAE president Sheila J.
