Parking garages: Enhancing durability with migrating corrosion inhibitors

Corrosion of embedded steel reinforcement in parking garages is brought on by a variety of causes. Value of specifications to design-build contractors

I have an architect client who is working on a project for a design-build contractor (D-BC). The D-BC has asked them to prepare an outline specification similar to one they sent my client. My client has asked me to provide them with some information to use to convince the D-BC to use a full project manual in lieu of the outline specifications. The question I have for everyone out there in cyberspace is: Does anyone know of any resources I can tap into that would help my client state a case for using full sections instead of outline sections.

This access to our network is invaluable and I have personally benefited from it. I also have been the person on the other side of the equation providing insight and information.”
