I have seen and been a party to several companies that offer a legitimate “labor & materials”/“repair” warranty from the manufacturer’s end. These are often sought after, and have some real value to a building owner. In a world aiming to minimize financial exposure, these kinds of system warranties are a good option in many cases for the owner or property manager.
