In the course of updating the Accessibility Sheets for our firm, an interesting conversation has developed regarding the applicability of Chapter 11A and Chapter 11B.
Do these respective chapters ONLY apply to their respective titles, e.g. “Chapter 11A Housing Accessibility” and “Chapter 11B Accessibility to Public Buildings, Public Accommodations, Commercial Buildings and Public Housing”?

LEED V4 /CDPH USEFUL PRODUCT DATABASE
Can anyone direct me to a centralized database of products, organized by product type (or even *gasp* Masterformat division) that have been CDPH Emissions Tested? Short of searching/contacting manufacturers individually, I am at a loss for something useful. I have tried several search option methods with UL Spot with zero success (e.g. search for ‘traffic’ for a traffic coating pulls up textiles???).
