HOW MANY FIRMS ARE USING FULL-TIME SPECIFIERS? |
We see frequent reference to how architecture firms are using fewer full-time specifiers, but does anyone know a source of actual data? Where can I find how many or what percentage firms have in-house full-time specifiers. How many use outside contractors? In how many firms does the architect do their own specs? In how many firms does no one produce specs? How much has that changed over the years?

WRITING SPECIFICATIONS FOR HUD PROJECT |
Whoever has had experience writing specifications for HUD projects (in this case a new apartment complex) could you please advise where I could go to find what is required for these? The HUD website is an ocean of links that is drowning me.
