OSHA APPLICABILITY
Has anyone recently specified a pre-engineered tensile structure as a delegated design? I would assume if it is pre-engineered, that meant it was already delegated? Can anyone comment about recent specification or experiences with delegated design as it pertains to a pre-engineered structure?

WHAT ARE DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO MANAGE IN-HOUSE SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECTS AT YOUR FIRM??
Do you have a library of specs that you edit for each project? Do you rely on software to tailor them to specific projects? Do you have someone who specializes just in that? Or does every architect/project manager need some knowledge of how to create them? Are they completed in-house, or by a consultant? I'm doing research of the different approaches used for managing specifications. Your input is greatly appreciated!
