STOREFRONT GLASS FRAME ENERGY AND BR-RATED QUESTION
I’m looking for a storefront glazing system which can hold BR-1 glass in one slot (center), and then a regular insulated glass unit in the second slot (interior side), as opposed to the usual one glazing slot. Is this only custom, or does a manufacturer make one “off the shelf?” I haven’t found U-values for BR-1 glass. Any suggestions or general knowledge for about what U-value to expect?

FM-200 SPECIFYING
Does anyone have any advice on specifying room pressurization requirements for IT rooms which will be receiving FM-200 clean agent fire suppression systems? We need to ensure the space meets pressurization requirements (10 minutes minimum). Especially for multi-prime projects, we are having trouble with final testing not meeting requirements and a lot of finger-pointing to responsibility for leakage sealing. Any help for future specs would be appreciated.
