How masonry software can improve detailing and design
Commonly used modeling platforms, which are more focused on steel or monolithic wall structures, are not equipped to manage the amount of data in a masonry project. Architect/Engineering Standards & Specifications Manual
I’m looking for help from my peers and industry experts here. Our city is looking to solicit for a firm to help us develop an A/E Standards & Specifications Manual to include a model Division 0 and Division 1 that we could use for all our major Capital Improvement Projects. I think the work would include both short- and long-form versions of both divisions. I was wondering if any firms have developed this before, or if anyone out there has a scope of work that I can use as a starting point to help me refine this scope to fit our needs. Thank you.

Pock Marks in Concrete Path
This concrete path (see attached picture) was poured in February of 2021, meaning it has been in place for two years. Pock marks developed about a month ago. The tenants stated that they only used concrete safe de-icer. I would be curious to hear what the CSI group thinks. Thanks for your help!
