Hi, I have a question about whether it is always necessary for the quality control plan manager on a construction project to have no other responsibilities or supervisory role over the workforce, or whether, on small projects, it is acceptable for the project superintendent, who does have supervisory authority over the workforce, to take on this addition role as CQC plan manager on a project. What if any would be the conflict or potential issues?
