Or, does every architect/project manager need some knowledge of how to create them? Are they completed in-house, or by a consultant?

AIA EXHIBIT A INSURANCE
I'm wondering what the general response has been to the Insurance Exhibit A the AIA added to their contracts with the 2017 cycle. For example, have owners been filling them out? Do you populate it with "standard" responses that you ask the owner to bless? Do you write it out of your agreements to use more of a 2007 approach?
