Members of the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA) convened for their annual Fall meeting on October 21-23 at the Edgewood Tahoe Resort in Stateline, Nevada, where they formally approved the 2026 Board of Directors.

The newly elected leadership team includes board president Justin Crotzer, dormakaba; 1st vice president Mark McRae, Hager Companies; 2nd vice president Stacy Deveraux, ASSA ABLOY; and past president Tim Weller, Allegion.

BHMA’s new board president, Justin Crotzer, senior vice president of global engineering management at dormakaba, brings more than 15 years of industry experience where he leads product development and serves as a member of the dormakaba North America senior management team.

Throughout his career, Crotzer has worked in various progressive engineering capacities in operations, new product development, and site leadership roles.
