New York high-rise project receives EIFS top honor

The Atrium at Sumner in Brooklyn has been awarded Project of the Year Award at the 2024 EIFS Excellence Awards.
The award, presented during the 2025 EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) Annual Meeting, recognizes the project for its striking architectural expression and sustainable design.
The project features a high-performance, energy-efficient wall cladding and a textured finish with a smooth limestone appearance.
