DEXcell FA VSH® Glass Mat Roof Board are engineered to help maximize roof system durability in applications where impact resistance and long-term performance are critical. Designed for use in single-ply and multi-ply assemblies, DEXcell FA VSH panels are approved to meet FM Very Severe Hail (VSH) classification, making them well suited for high-risk weather zones.
Key performance features include:
Reinforced, moisture-resistant gypsum board core for durability and dimensional stability
Heavy-duty coated glass mat facers that resist moisture and mold
Sealed-surface facer technology that improves adhesive coverage and bond strength, helping reduce adhesive usage and, in some assemblies, eliminate the need for a field-applied primer. Consult the system manufacturer for actual priming requirements.
DEXcell FA VSH Glass Mat Roof Boards function as a substrate board, thermal barrier, and coverboard, contributing to enhanced fire performance while protecting insulation and membranes from wind, hail, foot traffic and equipment-related damage.
