The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, will undergo a $4-million redevelopment, adding four distinctive venues across the property.

The new additions include an interior terrace conservatory, the adjoining outdoor terrace, Portico, a private event and dining space, and its connected patio.

Marking the final phase of the resort’s $65 million transformation, completed in 2024, the project will be unveiled this June and will add more than 372 m2 (4,000 sf) of versatile event space, accommodating approximately 500 guests.

The indoor Portico private dining and event venue connects to the outdoor terrace.

The 276-m2 (2,972-sf) terrace conservatory will seat approximately 170 guests and will overlook the resort’s existing outdoor terrace. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows with towering radius panes, Italian travertine flooring, warm wood finishes, white acoustic walls and bronze accents, customizable lighting, and flexible seating arrangements.

Designed with a chic mid-century modern aesthetic, the indoor Portico private dining and event venue connects to the outdoor terrace.
