River Trail Village, an 18,859-m2 (203,000-sf) multifamily student housing community on the 64.7-ha (160-acre) campus of Napa Valley College, was recently completed by interior design firm Nadia Geller Designs (NGD).
The project takes inspiration from the neighboring rolling hills and leafy vineyards landscape. It offers various furnished and unfurnished housing options, including student residential halls and apartment-style units for students and families.
The interiors of the four-story buildings follow a blue, purple, and green color scheme, each featuring a signature mural.
At the exterior, large freeform cast stone pebbles serve as benches around the property, and triangular a-frame daybeds provide shade and study space.
Work on the school’s first residential community was completed in fall 2024.
