ACI recognizes 18 outstanding projects in annual Concrete Construction Awards

The American Concrete Institute (ACI) announced the winners of its 12th annual ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards during the Fall 2026 ACI Concrete Convention in Atlanta.
The awards recognize concrete projects that push the boundaries of innovation and technology. They also provide a platform to showcase outstanding design and construction achievements and inspire excellence across the global concrete industry.
The Grand Paris Express L18 Viaduct in Saclay, Essonne, France, received the Overall Excellence award. The project earned the top honor among this year’s recognized entries.
ACI recognized 18 winners across eight categories: Low-Rise Structures (up to three stories), Mid-Rise Structures (four to 15 stories), High-Rise Structures (more than 15 stories), Repair and Restoration, Bridges, Decorative Concrete, Flatwork, and Infrastructure.
More than 30 industry experts served as judges and evaluated the projects to select the final winners. Their selections highlight the range of innovation and technical achievement taking place across concrete design and construction.
ACI serves as a leading global authority on concrete standards, technical resources, and professional development. The organization develops and promotes consensus-based standards and provides educational, training, and certification programs to advance the concrete industry worldwide.
