The Atrium at Sumner in Brooklyn has been awarded Project of the Year Award at the 2024 EIFS Excellence Awards.

The award, presented during the 2025 EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) Annual Meeting, recognizes the project for its striking architectural expression and sustainable design.

The project features a high-performance, energy-efficient wall cladding and a textured finish with a smooth limestone appearance.

The Atrium at Sumner was featured in The Construction Specifier’s February issue. Explore its design specifics, challenges, and collaboration efforts in further detail.

The EIFS Architectural Awards, now in its seventh year, recognize outstanding projects that use exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS). These systems are celebrated for their superior performance, sustainability, durability, and aesthetic flexibility in building envelope solutions. This competition serves as the premier event in the EIFS industry.
