Figure 3: There is a wide range of performance within each product category. The thermoformed panel on top (outlined in red) is cracked. It has a high percentage of filler that makes it brittle and subject to breakage if dropped or flexed during handling. In contrast, the lower thermoformed panel (blue) contains no filler and is supple enough to withstand repeated handling without breaking.
