Brandywine Realty Trust has unveiled the architectural designs for the first two ground-up, mixed-use towers in Schuylkill Yards, a $3.5-billion neighborhood taking shape in University City, Philadelphia. Brandywine Realty Trust enlisted the expertise of global architecture firm Practice for Architecture and Urbanism (PAU) for the towers.
International fashion company Bestseller’s ambitious plan of building Western Europe’s tallest skyscraper was recently approved by local officials. Projected to be more than 200 m (656 ft) tall, this high-rise is the most distinctive element of the Tower & Village project in Brande, Denmark.
The Tulip tower by J. Safra Group and Foster + Partners has been given the go-ahead by the City of London, United Kingdom. When completed, this cultural attraction could become the tallest building in London and second tallest in Western Europe.
