Dahlia, a 20-story luxury residential tower on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, has topped out. The design for Dahlia is the result of a collaboration between CetraRuddy, acting as design architect, and RKTB Architects as executive architect.
Hudson Yards has provided a sneak peek into Fifteen Hudson Yards in New York City. It has been designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro, and Rockwell Group. Spaces on display include high-floor wellness and entertainment amenities with 360 degree views and two model residences on the 25th floor.
A proposal for lighting requirements for high-rise dwellings is in the works for an energy standard published by the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).
