Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the historic Moynihan Train Hall, a civic project that seeks to restore the grandeur of train travel in New York, is now open.

Nickel sulfide (NiS) inclusion failure is characterized by a breakage pattern resembling a butterfly, figure-8, or back-to-back D (outlined in red). Annealed, heat strengthened, and tempered glass are produced by suppliers and shipped to fabricators for assembly, to meet specified design criteria.
